Gloria is a bundle of energy and passion. Our newest team member Gloria is finishing her final semester of her Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia at Universidad Dr. Jose Matias Delgado. She is very sporty and loves to play futbol and go jogging.

Rosyta Quintanilla – Brew Bar Manager & Cerveza Trainer

Rosyta manages the Brew Bar and manages all of our customer education from beer tasting classes to complete beer server training. She is a whirlwind of energy and drive. She is one hell of a strong women and knows her cerveza artesenal. She hated beer until she tried Brew and now is on a journey of discovering all the flavors of great beer. Rosyta leads all of our wholesale cliente training so if you had one of our beers at a great bar or restaurant and the server was knowledgeable, confident and clear then you know Rosyta trained them. Rosyta has brewed every one of our beers more than once and knows the whole process front to back.

Tere is kicking butt pushing our increasingly heavy production schedule forward! She is bottling, kegging, cleaning, sanitizing, brewing, crushing grain and all the other tasks it takes to make great beer here at Brew Revolution. She is mastering the ways of cerveza artesanal and is also learning to brew all our beers.
Tere está pateando traseros llevando nuestro programa de producción cada vez más fuerte hacia adelante!
